Where has the time gone.  Four weeks now since our Jack had his operation and I haven't had much time for my jewellery making at all.  I have been spending some time with my boys on a night and have ben letting Jack have some free time each night out of the cage so Harry has been in the front room with my partner whilst I have been in the kitchen with Jack.  Anyway, today I have had the chance to photograph some bits I have managed to make, so there are new items in all sections except rings and accessories.

There are two new pairs of earrings.   One pair has a necklace in the middle of being made, but not sure when I will get this finished.  Pictures have now been added for the four books on Sale and also the picture of the mirror in Gifts section.    Hope you like them.

I have put my first few items on Etsy - these are already on the website so you won't miss out on anything, but I just wanted to try it out.

I am also selling some of the first bead books I ever bought in my Sale section.   Grab a bargain.  These are about half the price that the books were originally and they have hardly been used and in good condition.   All are paperbacks and around A4 in size.   If you need any further information on these please let me know.

I have just listed the first of my mam's handmade bags.  She has always been a great knitter ever since I was a kid even though I did not appreciate the hand knitted cardigans and jumpers for school when all my friends were wearing shop bought ones!  She has not really sat down and done any knitting for years but I think she quite enjoyed making this bag and has said that there will be more on the way, so keep a lookout for more colours and styles soon.

I am looking to extend my range of products, possibly to bags, purses and other accessories - all handmade of course.   My mam is going to help out as she is great with knitting needles and I might even get the old sewing machine out and blow off the cobwebs.   Keep watching.

Jack & Harry have had their first haircut and they look sooooo cute, like puppies again!   I am also in the process of listing a few more items - necklace, bracelet and two children's bracelets.

I have been an member of Etsy for just over a year now, but have only recently thought about selling on there.   So I have opened a shop and I am hoping to start selling from there very soon.

I have never been very happy with the photographs on my site and have been thinking of ways to bring out the natural colour of the beads more.   I used to use a daylight lamp and take photographs on a night time with the lamp on, but the colours were never quite right  So this weekend, I have taken some outside on an old piece of stone we have in the garden in proper daylight in between the snow showers.   Up to now I have only sorted through the earrings, necklaces and a few of the accessories but I am very pleased with the new photographs.  From now on all photos will be taken in natural daylight.  Take a look and let me know what you think.
