Q. Do I have to register an account to buy something?

A. No, you can send me an email with your order and I can either send you a paypal money request/invoice or you can send me a cheque.   Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment.

Q. Do I need a Paypal account?

A. No, Paypal is simply a secure gateway for payment to be made. You can enter card details to pay with all common cards.

Q. I liked an item but it has been sold, can you make another one?

A. Sorry no, all items are unique, because the lampwork beads/semi precious stones are individual and limited in number it is not always possible to recreate an item. However sometimes a similar design maybe  possible.

Q. How do I create an account?

A. Simple, just click the 'create an account' link in the left menu, fill out your information then look for the activation email sent to the email address you used register.
