How To Shop

1. Browse the site using the links at the left of the screen.  Click on the item name or "Product Details" to reveal a larger image and description.

2. If you wish to purchase an item, check that the product is "Available", click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the larger photo which will then give you an option to go to you cart or continue shopping.   Please note that if you come back to buy items you placed in your "Cart" hours or days earlier, please check that these items are still available.

3. If you proceeded to "Cart" you will be show a list of all items in your cart, including a total cost.  You can either do one of the following:

• Click on the "Check out with Paypal" button.  This will take you directly to Paypal to sign in to your Paypal Account or to pay by credit/debit card if you don't have a Paypal Account.  Paypal will then take you through your payment.
• Click on "Checkout" to either register as a new member or log in if you are already a member.   

4. Once your order is received your items should be despatched within 48 hours.  If there is a problem with your order, I will contact you as soon as I can after your order is received.   Please note that if you are not a member and have paid through Paypal then the only contact information I will have is you paypal email address.  

5. Jewellery items are sent by First Class Recorded Signed For and beads, kits etc will be sent by First Class post.  If you would prefer your item(s) sending via Royal Mail Special delivery services, please email me before ordering for the extra cost. Please read "Shipping" section for details/returns.

If you register an account it means we can keep you up to date with special offers, new items and anything else related to The Spotty Dog Shop. We will NEVER pass on your details to any 3rd party companies.

ITS EASY AND ITS SECURE. You will be covered by Paypal's liability insurance upto a value of £500!!

If you are experiencing problems in paying, please email me and I will send you an invoice via Paypal to pay direct.

Still not convinced? E-mail me your order and pay by cheque.

If you experience problems adding items to your cart, this could be because the item has already been sold.   Please check the "Availability" sign in the product description. 

Lay Away Plan

If you see an item you like but cannot afford it straight away and you do not want to miss out on it, please contact me by email and I will put it aside for you until you can. I will keep items for you for up to a month.   A deposit may be required depending on quantity and cost of items.
