Shipping & Postage

Postage within the UK is FREE! Jewellery items will be posted via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Signed For service. However this does not cover loss or damages for jewellery, it is more for peace of mind and getting a signature to say the items have arrived. If you would like your package to be insured, please see below regarding Royal Mail Special Delivery. Anything from the jewellery kits section will be posted by normal Royal Mail First Class Post.  If for any reason you do not want your jewellery sent by Recorded Delivery, please let me know.

Please email me prior to purchasing for postage costs for non-UK destinations. If you let me know which item(s) you wish to buy, I will be able to give you an exact cost.  Tracked and non-tracked options available to most countries.

If you would prefer the items to be insured against loss or damage or need something urgently, they can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Please see the "Postage & Shipping" section for costs.

All items are posted within 48 hours from the order being received (most being posted the next day).

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know.

I will be only too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be given on earrings. If you are unsure about anything, please contact me before ordering.

Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused within 7 days of purchase by Recorded Delivery.  Please ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The cost of the item will be refunded on receipt less any postage costs.

All goods are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty I will of course refund or replace the goods for you. Please notify me of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund etc will be made once goods are received.
