Cost of shipping within the UK is £1.50 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and outside the UK £3.00 unless otherwise stated. If purchasing multiple items, please email me prior to payment for a combined postage cost. If you would prefer the items to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please email me for a full postage cost before paying.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know. I will be only too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory, provided that you contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging unused. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. Your money will be refunded less the postage.

I will of course refund or replace goods that are faulty without cost to you. Please notify me of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt and always obtain a Certificate of Posting.
